Remarks

- General return period is 7 days after delivering the package.

- Exchange and Return of underwears are only allowed when the packaging has not been opened.

- Product defects, damages and wrong items are to be exchanged when it is reported within 7 days after delivering the products. (Shipping charge is free)

Cautious for washing

- Avoid using neutral detergent, fabric softener, and bleach. Hand wash in warm (30~40C) water is recommended.

- Dark color fabric needs to be handled separately to avoid dyeing brighter color fabrics.

- Dry separately in a windy shade.

- Defects caused by washing in the wrong ways are not to be exchanged or returned.
